Thank you for choosing to do business with ProPcM.com. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the terms and policies set forth herein. Please take a moment to thoroughly look through our terms and policies listed below. We encourage you to read our online store terms and policies because we do not want you to be upset over them. Our terms and policies may be updated at any time so it is your responsibility to check back for updates.
As used herein, the term ProPcM.com refers to PROPCM.COM LLC D.B.A ProPcM.com; the term "ProPcM.com” refers to the website owned and operated by PROPCM.COM LLC D.B.A. PROPCM.COM, whose home page resides on the Internet at http://www.propcm.com.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
ProPcM.com makes no personal representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site. ProPcM.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to ProPcM.com arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall ProPcM.com, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
Links or quotes on product reviews may be found throughout ProPcM.com. They are intended to provide you with additional information and professional opinion. However, because of the fast paced nature of the technological industry reviews can become outdated and should not be considered a substitute for doing your own research. Moreover, the product reviewed is often times sent to the reviewer directly from the manufacturer as a preproduction or demonstration unit. The unit they had tested and reviewed may include accessories, specifications, or other bundled components not included in the retail or final version of the product.
Order Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is received, your order will be processed for shipment. We do everything we can to process orders with in 24 hours time. We also ship with in 72 hour of order placed, but in most cases orders ship the same day order is placed unless its a weekend or holiday. You should expect to receive your order no later then 10 days after placing your order. In most cases you will receive your order in 3-5 days from order date excluding weekends and holidays.
We do not issue tracking numbers for any orders as a matter of company policy.
Return Policy
We at ProPcm.com make every effort to bring you high quality products at fair prices. We will accept returns on hardware items excluding special orders. No software will be accepted for return. Items returned to us with out an RMA# will be refused and returned to the sender. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your return is missing items from the box you will not be refunded any money until such time as all items are returned.
Shipping insurance is optional and at the purchasers expense unless otherwise stated. If an item is damaged in transit the shipping company will recover the parcel and a replacement unit will be issued once the shipping company has paid the damage claim, provided optional insurance has been purchased.
At ProPcM.com we strive to bring you high quality however, we realize that occasionally a defective product might ship from the manufacturer. If a product we ship you is defective, we require that you contact us within 10 business days from the time you received the product. If 10 business days have passed contact our customer service and we will help you process the defective product through the manufacturer on a 3-way call for warranty services. We will do what it takes to see to it that you are taken care of properly. Note that the product warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the original manufacture. The manufacture will not grant a refund because all sales are final.
Privacy Policy
ProPcM.com respects your privacy and recognizes that the growth of online services, including Internet services, has created additional privacy concerns, particularly for consumers. Any personal information you provide to us including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of PROPCM.COM LLC except as provided for in this policy.
Credit Card Policy
ProPcM.com uses a third party provider (authorizenet.com) to process credit card information. You can find there privacy policy at http://www.authorizenet.com/company/privacy.php
We only use your credit card information to, including but not limited to; processing orders that you have requested or to verify billing addresses. Remember the risks whenever you use the internet.
When placing an order, and paying with a credit card we will only ship to the billing address. We do this for your protection as well as our own.
External Sites Policy
ProPcM.com is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information. In addition other Internet sites or services that may be accessible through ProPcM.com have separate data and privacy practices independent of us, and therefore we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.
Cookies
A "cookie" is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows ProPcM.com to recognize you each time you visit this site. Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and ProPcM.com does not use cookies to collect personal information. Cookies may also be used by 3rd party content provider’s such as news feeds. Other companies which place advertising on our site also have the ability to assign their cookies to you in a process that ProPcM.com does not control. However, cookies can not be used to identify individuals, only machines, so these advertisers will not know who you are. Links to a manufacturer's website may be provided to help in researching your purchase. ProPcM.com is not responsible for errors, omissions, content, or any other actions or lack of actions on the manufacturer's site or any other third party site.
Pricing errors
We make every effort to make sure our pricing is correct. If you make a purchase and the price listed is incorrect, we reserve the right to change the price. If the price will be more you will not be charged and the order will not be processed. If the price is less you will get the order at the lower price. In either case we will contact you about the order.
Out of state sales taxes
If you are making an order out side of the state of Nebraska we do not charge sales tax. If your state requires sales taxes to be collected on internet orders, it is your responsibility to pay them to the proper authority for your state.
Special orders
If you request a quote for items not listed on the ProPcM.com web page your order is considered a special order and the following rules will apply.
There are no refunds for special orders under any circumstances.
